Main responsibilities:

• Review existing investment processes and propose solutions to automate work flow and enhance operations efficiency.
• Proactively drive end-to-end digital transformation and the integration of AI and robotics solutions
• Facilitate cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and develop target operating model (TOM) to to support new products / functional requirements / operational efficiency issues raised by BU Investment
• Work closely with vendors (custodians and outsourcers) in solution design and vendor service evaluation and pricing benchmark review
• Review and facilitate the drafting of procedural guidelines to ensure sound control measures are followed (including IBOR data and reports)
• Assist senior management team in procedure review to ensure compliance to Investment Governance Framework requirements

Qualifications:

• University degree holder or above
• (less experienced candidates will be considered as Manager) over 12 years working experience, with working knowledge in process automation/robotics/digitalization
• Experience working in MNC asset management firms or consultancy is preferred
• Knowledge in investment cycles and systems (e.g. Bloomberg, Moody GEM and Eagle) is an advantage
• Professional certifications (PMP, CISA, CFA, FRM, CIA) is a definite advantage
• Excellent English is a must
• Fluent Cantonese and/or other Asian languages is highly preferred
