Job Description
Job Description:
- Provide daily operation support for retail and institutional trading systems;
- Day-to-day operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure, e.g. server room and networking management;
- Assist with provide helpdesk, troubleshooting and first-tier technical support for end-user;
- Handle various ad-hoc projects with front office business stakeholders and middle/back office users;
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in technical support;
- Proven financial technology experience in investment bank, brokerage firm, fund house or fintech firm;
- Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills and ability to deal with multi-cultural users and vendors;
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
