Responsibilities

• Perform daily support for client account documentation review and client data maintenance
• Handle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, IRD, etc.
• Prepare regular administrative and regulatory reports
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
  
  

 Requirements

• University or above
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome
• Proficient in MS Excel, Access and preferably VBA
• Good English and Chinese typing skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• High capability to adapt to changing work requirements
• Strong initiative at work and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and systematic thinking
