Our client, one of the leading Japanese securities firm is now looking for a compliance officer to join the team. Reporting to the senior member of the compliance department, you will be in charge of the following:

• Assisting the senior members on SFC issues including inquiries, licensing, regulatory updates, circulars and other ad-hoc issues
• Draft, review and update manuals for business units
• Prepare compliance reports to senior members
• Other ad-hoc duites in compliance as required

To qualify, you must be:

• University Degree holder or above
• At least 2 years experiences in Compliance area
• Familiar with SFC regulations
• Native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin
