Job duties:

• Meet preset business budgets for related products, including Mortgage, SME and secured lending
• Take initiatives on new product development
• Coordinate different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
• Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market and competitors' information and situation for product enhancements
• Plan and formulate effective marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives and business growth
• Execute planned marketing programs and action plans
• Regular reviews of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
• Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process

Job requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Over 6 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Experience in business strategy formulation
• Participation in product development is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
