Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the department
• Handle incoming and outgoing document
• Prepare account opening document and handle customer enquiries
• Handle travel arrangement and expenses reimbursement
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned
• Have basic knowledge of Finance services will be an advantage

Requirements:

• 1 year working experience is an advantage
• Mature, pro-active & good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC application e.g. Excel, Word & Power Point
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin and good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and well-organized
• SFC license holder is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferrable
