Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties supervise SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities;
• Manage daily business operations to ensure the workflow and procedures is complied with the SFC and statutory regulations;
• Lead the team to perform daily operation as well as supervise processes of the team to improve efficiency;
• Conduct in department investment to research and analysis, analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk;
• Consider a broad set of investment opportunities and develop a customized solution that maximize both the success of our portfolio companies and the potential return to our investor.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in financial, Economics or other related disciplines;
• At least 5-8 years of experience in securities firm;
• Current holder of SFC Type 1 & 4 responsible officer license;
• With institutional client's resources preferred;
• Sound knowledge of SFC Code of conduct, regulations of relevant regulatory authorities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
