Our group company is a Hong Kong financial intermediary firm holding SFC license to deal with Type 6 regulated activities of advising on corporate finance 

Job Duties: 

Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the Company, 

Handle full spectrum on structuring and executing of corporate finance transactions, 

Conduct due diligence, prepare pitch books and documentation, 

Implementing or advising on takeovers, mergers, amalgamations, acquisitions, disposals, demutualisations, project financing, management buyouts, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, right issues, placements and other fund raising exercises etc.,

Assess potential deals, set objectives, explore new business and maintain good client relationships,

Liase with other counterparties and relevant authorities, such as legal advisors, SFC and HKEX etc., 

Have experience acting as advisor or sponsor for red chips and H shares IPO projects, 

Business travel is required, 

Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management. 

Requirements 

Degree holder of Laws, Finance or other related disciplines; preferably with CFA/CPA qualifications,

Minimum 5 years’ corporate finance experience with a reputable bank or securities firm, 

Hong Kong SFC Type 6 RO status, 

Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
