VP, Market Risk/Risk Management (市場風險管理) - Asset Management/Private Equity

職責:

-       主要負責對自營及資產管理業務的交易業務進行市場風險監控

-       運用VBA在Microsoft Excel中準備各項日常市場風險監控報告

-       對投資組合中有關風險限額突破的投資作風險分析及建議部門主管對相關風險限額突破免作審批

-       對各項風險指標，VaR和壓力測試進行定期監控和分析

-       負責系統UAT以及系統升級、系統遷移專案

-       協助推出新的投資產品，並建立、完善此類產品的風險控制政策及程式

-       協助部門主管推行及製作有關公司層面不同類型的風險報告

-       處理任何由部門主管所安排的特別項目

-       協助處理有關委員會秘書事務相關工作

工作要求:

-     大學或以上(需修讀以上與工作職責相關學位課程, 優先考慮風險管理, 財務或會計) (如有相關工作經驗或專業資格, 其他學位也會考慮)

-        持有或正修讀FRM, CPA, CFA或CAIA專業資格優先考慮

-        至少四年或以上工作經驗 (有投行或資產管理的工作經驗會優先考慮)

-        必須懂得運用Visual Basic在 Microsoft Excel中獨立製作每日市場風險監控報告

-        風險控制意識強並對自營或/及資產管理投資有基礎認識

-        有良好公司業務及財務數據的信貸/及投資分析能力，對中國市場及公司有基本認識

-        流利普通話、良好粵語及英文

-        良好英文及中文書寫

VP, Market Risk Management - Asset Management/Private Equity Company/iBank

Responsibilities

• Perform market risk control on trading business in asset management and direct investment
• Perform VBA to prepare daily market risk control report
• Conduct risk analysis on investment portfolios and advise department heads to approve the relevant risk limit
• Control and analysis any risk indicators, VaR and pressure tests
• Responsible for the UAT system upgrade and migration
• Participate in new investment product launching, including risk control policy and policies
• Assist department heads in preparing different types of risk reports
• Any ad-hoc assigned by dept head.
• Assist the relevant secretarial committee works

Requirements

• Degree hold in Risk Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Holder of CFA, FRM, CAIA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years risk management experiences in asset management/ibank.
• Knowledge in Visual Basic, strong in Excel to make daily risk control report
• Strong sense in risk control in investment/asset management
• Good at data analysis; familiar with China Market and China corp.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
