Our client is an international shareholder services provider with a strong presence in Asia. They are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Services Associate to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Company Secretarial, your main task is to provide listed corporate clients with a full spectrum of company secretarial services in compliance with HK ordinances, rules and regulations. You will draft and review announcements, disclosures and reports, and assist clients with corporate activities.

To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and be a member of the HKICS or ICSA, or at least studying for it. Ideally, you should have experience performing company secretarial functions for a listed corporate, a thorough understanding of Listing Rules, Company Ordinance, and Securities and Future Ordinance, as well as experienced with using CSA. Candidates must be able to communicate well in English, as well as, Cantonese and Mandarin.
