Job Description
- High Diploma/Degree holder
- 1-4 yrs Inbound call center CS experience, preferably in the banking industry
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken English, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Night Shift: Within 4:00pm to 2:00am (9 hours include 1 hour dinner hour)
- Shift Allowance HK$3,200.00, 5 days per week
