Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will initially undertake a new A/A hotel development project in Hong Kong and subsequently other property development projects of the Group.  He /She will be involved in all phases of projects, including design and construction administration, scheduling, budgets, and coordinating with consulting team and various contractors. The challenge is to ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture, with a minimum of 10 years relevant post graduate professional experience and qualifications
• A proven track record in handling luxury hotel projects is required
• Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services, A&A work and fitting out works is an advantage
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure. Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities
• Knowledge and working experience in Buildings Ordinance, project administration, presentation, design and detailing is an advantage
• BD A&A submission or working knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Willing to travel abroad (including China) if necessary
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
