The incumbent will act as the on-site technical in-charge to lead a technical team staff to execute the daily maintenance works. Duties will include takeover and handover of the development; handling of tenancy fitting-out works and review/coordinate all repairing, maintenance and upgrading works/projects, etc., as well as monitor and update maintenance programme implementation. 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in in E&M Engineering/Building Services (E&M) or related disciplines
• Holder of MHKIE / MCIBSE or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
• At least 7 years' relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level. 
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
