Company Description

Our client is the market leader in construction and property development business, the wide range project cover residential housing development, building construction and civil engineering. In view of the rapid development, they are now inviting potential candidate to join as Project Manager (Residential).

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Director, you will be overseeing the residential site development construction project in Hong Kong
• Monitoring the progress, sub contractor management, business contract, safety and cashflow

Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in building, civil engineering or structure engineering
• HKIE/MICE/IStructE/CIOB
• Minimum 8 years working experience in handling local residential project, previously worked for main contractor in building construction field would be a plus
• Good understanding of Hong Kong Building regulations
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
