Job Description

Requirements :

Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years working experiences and knowledge in MVAC systems.
Experience with air-conditioning coordination in hospital will be considered as first priority.
Fresh graduate also be considered
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Management of Building services’ related works of government or private projects.
Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.
Track project progress and financial analysis of project.
Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.
Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
