Responsibilities

• To propose and draw design layout according to HQ guidelines, coordinate and execute store window set up, animations, pop up stores and special projects in Asia Pacific Region as approved by HQ
• To monitor closely on cost, construction & production work progress and schedules of projects
• To ensure all plans, design and construction requirement to follow brand standard, mall guideline and local authority requirement
• To work closely with internal office from different departments and wholesale partners to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects
• To provide a monthly collaboration with local team to collect feedback and photo report to HQ in order to enhance the window display and boutique design to build brand image and retail presence
• To provide support to Regional Architecture Manager on all-ad hoc and special design projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines in design fields
• Minimum 5-7 years of solid work experience in mid to high-end fashion retail industry, preferably Luxury fashion
• Strong sense of creativity and design presentation. Able to demonstrate an understanding of concept design, construction details and techniques
• Enjoys working in a creative & stimulating environment, eager to participate in the entire process from design to build
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency and efficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D Rendering software is a MUST
• Good command of written and spoke English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel in occasions is a MUST
• Candidates with less work experience with good creative design portfolio will be considered for the position of Senior Visual Designer, Asia Pacific.
