Job Description
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min. 3 years relevant experience
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with PC application including MS Office, CAD preferred
- Immediate available is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, settlement of final account of various projects, prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects
Manage and control the costs within projects
