Duties:

•  Develop & maintain good customer relationship.

•  Handle customer enquires & follow up sales orders.
•  Provide customers with quotations, sales presentations & product introductions.
•  Process skill or connection in building up new client base.

• Responsible of overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing and promotional functions for our services and products to achieve the planned sales target & provide necessary after sales service.

• Coordinate closely with the technical support team and assist in day to day operation.

• Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines

• Independent, proactive, hard-driving for result forward-looking with the ability to anticipate customer's needs

• Aggressive sales person with the ability to handle key accounts and develop strategies for new business.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge including Ms. Office
• Excellent customer services skill is essential
• Able to handle and solve problems independently
