Job Description 

• Supervise and manage a portfolio of group's properties including prime office, retail shops and industrial premises
• Carry out various building management tasks
• Represent the Company in meetings of various owners committee or incorporated owners
• Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with management companies, government bodies and external contractors
• Manage vendors and contractors for various projects, review design proposals, tender documents & reports, and make recommendations on the award of contracts to vendors and contractors, formulation & negotiation of contracts,

 Requirements 

• Degree or above in Housing Management/ / Housing Studies or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in property, building management, preferably gained from property developer, local investor, with a minimum of 3 years in management roles
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Well-versed in Deeds of Mutual Covenant, the Building Management Ordinance and other real estates related regulations, property/facilities management systems
• Be able to deal with owners’ committees or incorporated owners as well as management companies and various government departments effectively
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential. Experience in asset enhancement works will be an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
