Graduate Trainee program which aims at developing and fostering the capabilities of enthusiastic talents to a supervisory role in a systematic approach in building construction field. The program details are as below:

 Training Scheme:

• You will be assigned to participate in different functions (including but not limit to Project Management / Quantity Surveying / Safety, Health and Environment) in order to obtain more practical site experience in building construction and broaden your understanding of our business.
• On the job training and external training will be provided

Career development:

• Department heads will provide feedback on performance during the training period and to identify your strengths and potential for future career development.
• After completion of the program, the trainees with outstanding performance will follow our career ladder to achieve senior positions

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline;
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast pace environment;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-disciplined, pro-active and motivated
• Strong passion and enthusiasm in developing long-term career in Building and construction industry;
• Good team players with strong leadership skill and analytical thinking;
• Good command of oral and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
