Responsibilities

• Support a team of 2 Event Managers for planning and organizing projects for exhibitions, events and also visual merchandising for retail and wholesale;
• Report project status to Project Manager for feedback and approval;
• Follow up closely with external partners, including wholesaler, production house and contractors to execute production requests, seek approval and track timelines;
• Plan and execute props displays in major exhibitions, special events and retail shops;
• Facilitate the process to ensure all exhibition and event projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in exhibition and events;
• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator;

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage;

• Detail minded, great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
• Strong level of initiative and self-motivation;
• Possess a positive attitude; A candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant.
