Our client is a well-known Japanese company in the consumer electronics industry. They are looking for Japanese-speaking Purchaser to join their professional team.

Position: Purchaser (Japanese Speaking)

Nature of business: Consumer electronics

Job Description

You will be working in the purchasing team for electronic parts sourcing and buying.

• Handle purchasing operation duties (price negotiation, supplier management etc.)
• Responsible for handling invoices and quotations
• Maintain good relationships with the suppliers
• Assist in interpretation as required
• Assist in any ad-hoc project assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or sales operations preferred (those with more experience will be considered for a more senior position)
• Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Native Cantonese and good command of English and Mandarin
• Responsible, flexible with good communication skills
• May have business trips (Japan, Taiwan, Mainland China)
