Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Retail Operations
- Support DOS personal administration assignments (Recruitment, Headcount, Staff Transfer, Rosters Review, Training and Coaching Needs Consolidation, Procedures Discipline Rewards and Sanctions, etc.).
- Liaise and support shops and District Managers, as the interface between the Merchandising Department and Retail Operations Department for stock allocation, transfer and replenishment.
- Support front line operation in customer complaints handling
- Coordinate and support all Retail Cross Function calendar, activities and important meetings.
- Completes ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
E-Commerce
- In charge of the e-commerce platform: ensure smooth operations are maintained, such as regular upload product information, including item description, price, pictures, promotion and etc.
- Follow up after sales service, monitor shipment status, return application, and defect reports.
Wholesales
- Support the showroom & stockroom activities and sample administration on routine basis.
- Manage showroom activities during sales campaign period and ensure the display is tidy and aligned with corporate standard and business requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
- Independent, initiative, communicative, well organized
- Positive working attitude, able to handle multi-tasks and under complexity
- Good at MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
