Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize the content display of tour packages and cruise products in Trip.com, cooperate with business development team to launch products suitable for the online platform.
  • Work closely with marketing team to promote tourism products such as tour package and cruises to local residents by existing online and offline marketing channels.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of Hong Kong tourism market, understand customers’ needs in booking tour packages and cruise products, and optimize marketing strategy based on the characteristics of the Internet industry.
  • The core objective of the next three years is to increase the market share of tour packages and cruise products in Hong Kong.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English, able to communicate in Mandarin, with good reading and writing skills in traditional Chinese characters.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in travel agency, experience in marketing is a plus.

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to high-intensity work, and carry out business system from 0 to 1.
  • Strong social network resources in tourism industry in Hong Kong.
