Job Tasks

• Manage online eCommerce platform in content editing, product upload, pricing & inventory;
• Update via different content management system or eCommerce backend system;
• Prepare promotions, product highlights and selections;
• Co-ordination with logistics team for cross-border logistics arrangement;
• Assist in content marketing, provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans both online and offline;
• Assist in the reporting, project coordination and testing of website enhancements and issues;
• Assist in ad hoc duties and other administrative duties as assigned;
• Assist in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, preferably in Business, E-commerce, digital marketing or related field;
• Min. 2 years of working experience in eCommerce / Marketing/ Sales;
• Basic knowledge on digital marketing: search, ads, content marketing and social media;
• Proficiency in MS Office application. Proficiency in HTML and photo editing software would be an advantage;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Proactive, able to work independently and to handle multi-tasks.
