Le Club des cinq - French Learning Centre is growing and looking for a full time French teacher.

Environment

Established in 2013, Le Club des cinq - French Learning Centre is a language school accredited by the Hong Kong Education Bureau.

Our team consists of 10 teachers of French (foreign language, second or kindergarten).

Located in the Wanchai district, our premises of approximately 100m2 are composed of 4 classrooms for 5 students and a small library area.

We offer classes in small groups (5 students max) or individually in our premises or at home.

We are also the official partner of the international section of the French International School where we are in charge of French lessons in extra-curricular activities.

Le Club des cinq welcomes around 100 students per year; mainly an audience of school age and seeks to develop its adult and professional offers.

Job description:

Under the responsibility of the educational management team of the establishment, and according to the needs of the center, you will be in charge of:

• Teach French as a second language and for native speakers to children
• Take charge of French language workshops for children from 2 years old
• Accompany learners in the preparation of official French exams
• Teach FSL and / or FOS to adults
• Perform the administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of Le Club des 5's educational service.

Required Skills:

Professional experience of teaching foreign language abroad to an audience of adults and children.

Versatility: openness to innovative pedagogical practices and teaching on different types of courses (FLE / FLAM / FOS / workshops ...)

Knowledge of the CEFR, IGCSE and IB curriculum

Possess qualities of communication, initiative, and adaptation

Show flexibility, cultural openness

Enjoy teamwork while knowing how to be autonomous

A good command of English would be a plus

DIPLOMA REQUIRED:

Master 1 or 2 of FLE, DAEFLE, with experience

40 hours of presence / week including 25 hours of classes

30 000HKD / month (about 3400 euros)

Terms

Local contract on permanent contract, with a probationary period of 3 months.

Proposed salary: HKD30,000 (ie 3,400 euros), 15 working days of paid leave and health insurance.

Through our individualized teaching methods, our students discover their strengths and qualities. They build their self-esteem. Our team is composed of 10 passionate French Native teachers, all working full-time.
