Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US company
- EMS electronic manufacturing service company
- OEM / ODM manufacturer
- Factory : Dongguan (6000-7000 workers)
- We offer electronics manufacturing services to customers in the United States, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.
- We provide life cycle manufacturing services to support the manufacturing of electronics, including to OEMs, ODMs, printed circuit board assemblers, and systems assemblers.
- We also manufactures end products including but not limited to Bluetooth transmitters/receivers, electronic games, communications base stations, automotive electronics, and consumer products.
- We are looking for SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Providing technical support for process development in existing production operation
- Maximizing work flow and spatial utilization ,improving and increasing capacity, productivity and efficiency for ongoing & new projects
- Leading a team of engineers for manufacturing engineering activities & customers specifications
- Maintain & update knowledge for all manufacturing engineering processes
- Familiar with advance manufacturing technologies & applying to new manufacturing projects
- Providing strategic input and liaison with various departments including but not limited to Sales, Engineering and Production departments
- Monitoring the equipment maintenance of manufacturing operations
- Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Production or Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- With 5-8 years working experience in manufacturing field
- Strong analytical skills for layout of equipment , workflow and assembly methods
- Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin , as well as written and spoken English
- Report to the Manufacturing Engineering Director
- 5 days work
- Station Dongguan factory
- Accommodation & meals provided
