Job Description:

-To follow through the job design, specification, progress status and method statements etc

-Preparation of tender document

-Attend site coordination and meetings

-Follow up contacts from clients

-Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues

-Communicates project status and results to clients through frequent contact and by preparing reports

-Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation requirements

-Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

-Diploma or above in Engineering

-1 year’s experience in project co-ordination

-Proficiency in AUTOCAD software applications

-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

-Site experience is preferable
