Responsibilities:

• Lead end-t-end sourcing process, from market research, RFP preparation, financial analysis, negotiation and evaluation to contracting.
• Conduct market intelligence and provide feedback on product and commercial information
• Develop market tracking index, to identify drivers to the Category price
• Negotiate and close deals with optimal terms
• Occasional travel to Asia countries
• Assist the team in new stores opening and special seasonal promotions projects with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• To update sourcing information with strategic planning
• Produce reports and statistics

Requirement:

• University degree in Procurement or any other related discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience in direct categories gained from corporate procurement function
• Exposure to FMCG/ FOOD/ Consumer industry is highly sought after
• Knowledge in tendering process
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill, detail-minded, well-organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility to meet the changing needs of internal business units
