The incumbent will be responsible for providing in-park guest services and promotion, handling guest enquiries and complaints through Ocean Park hotlines, conducting VIP visits, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department.  

For Regular Part Time:

- Working hours: Maximum 18hrs / week
- Salary: $59/hour

For Seasonal Part Time:

- Working hours: At least 18hrs / week
- Working period: Jul - 31 Oct 2019
- Salary: $63/hour

Requirements:

- Form 7/HKDSE or above

- With at least 1 year working experience in hospitality industry or guest-oriented jobs

- Pleasant, courteous with friendly manner

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

- Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
