Our client is a well established and one of the leading Food and Beverage Company in Hong Kong. For business needs, they invited a good talent to join their manufacturing Team as Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production line to optimize the production efficiency
• Review the production capacity regularly to ensure the product deliver on time
• Monitor the workflow of the production to ensure the operation run smoothly
• Continuously improve the product quality to reduce the food risk
• Provide the training for the front line staffs to enhance the productivity
• Communicate with the team and management to reach the common goal
• Formulate and implement the standard the operation procedure
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and meet the hygiene standard

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• With at least 8 years experience in food and beverage manufacturing, not less than 5 years experience in factory management
• Work experience in large-scale of  food and beverage manufacturing is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skill and good leadership skills Result-oriented, detailed mined and organized
• Proactive, detail-minded and willing to take up challenges
• Proficient in PC application including Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
