Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily bar duties assigned 
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar
• Able to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks Ensuring all company standards are met during service.
• Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in cocktail bars, anyone with less experience will be considered as a Junior Bartender.
• Experience with bartending and extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing.
• Excellent communication skills in English / Cantonese.
• Outgoing, talkative, great personality, responsible and enthusiastic to influence the energy and efficiency of the bar.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

We offer an attractive salary & benefits:

• Additional 1 days AL after completing 1 year of service with up to a maximum of 10 days AL in total.
• 6 days off per month (including Sundays).
• Late night shift required.
• Job-related training.
