Duties

The candidate will be responsible for the administration and operation of Shang Palace, the Chinese restaurant in Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong.  He will be responsible for maximise the profit, maintaining food & beverage and service quality in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an international class hotel
• Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Customer & business oriented
• Display initiative and commitment to professional values
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
