Responsibilities:

• Ensure all kitchen and outlet public areas are clean and hygienic and coordinate all Food Safety Management System(FSMS) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) activities and procedures
• Plan, implement and coordinate all hygiene, FSMS and HACCP activities in all F&B outlets
• Ensure the FSMS is workable and adhered to by the kitchen and outlet teams
• Prepare relevant reports, monitor and update management about hygiene projects
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets and kitchens to monitor hygiene and cleanliness
• Identify key areas of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions & continuously improve health and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with the regulations, licensing conditions and codes of practice relating to food business
• Monitor the health condition of food handlers and to arrange medical examination
• Provide in-house training for the food handlers
• Handle complaints or enquiries from customers on food hygiene matter
• Act as a focal point of contact with the different local hygiene departments
• Work closely with Project Team during design of new properties to ensure all kitchen and outlets follow the local requirements and legislation
• Handling ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry
• Possesses High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
• Strong Knowledge of ISO 2200, HACCP and FSMS
• Good command of both spoken/written English, Chinese and Mandarin
