Job duties

• Assist to analyze the data for purchasing and ordering;
• Monitor inventory level for both food and non food items purchase and replenish;
• Manage ERP system for food and non food ordering by shop outlets;
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement in timely delivery;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder In procurement/Supply Chain Management / Logistics/ Hospitality and related disciplines;
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience in F&B industry is preferred;
• Good team player with proactive and positive attitude;
• Strong sense in numeric and statistics;
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office application;
• Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin, English Chinese and Japanese with JPTL N3 level or above;
• Immediate available is preferred;
