Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair and maintenance, security and general administration of restaurants.
• Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
• Enhance the brand image by making good shop display, restaurant hygiene and staff grooming
• Provide Coaching and training to staff and lead the team to consistently deliver high quality service to the customers
• Identifying areas where service can be improved and finding effective solutions
• Motivate staff and develop team spirit
• Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion
• Demonstrates a good working relationship with other departments with a high level of communication and cooperation in the interests of service and improvement in the working conditions of the restaurant.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• 7 years or above and related experience including supervisory experience in Chinese Food & Beverage Operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientated
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Passionate, independent and willing to take challenge
