We are looking for the person with hands-on, self-driven, committed, detail-minded and result-oriented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the daily operation of the service apartment ad below:
• Follow up guest enquriy and deal with the room sales;
• Guest check in/out process;
• Coordinate the housekeeping and technician working schedule;
• Help guest solve problem and building up good relationship;
• Prepare monthly reports and any other documents as assigned;
• Take up and assist in ad hoc assignments as needed. 

Requirements:

• Open and responsible character;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Can work independently and under pressure;
• Experience in service apartment / hotel / hostel operation required.

Employment Terms:

• Salary $ 16,000-20,000 per month with yearly performance bonus;
• Alternate Saturday-off system;
• Medical insurance;
• Bank Holiday.
