- Plan tour itineraries professionally and efficiently
- Answer inquiries and give sound advice to customers
- Contact local and overseas suppliers, car rental, hotels, etc
Job Requirements
- Secondary level or above, preferably with tourism knowledge
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism industry
- Sound knowledge of CRS system
- Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Good communications, interpersonal & customer service skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
