Main Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and work closely with IT teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of technical solution.
• Take lead in QA, UAT excercises, preparation, pre-UAT QC cycles, etc.
• Support feasibility study and impact analysis and set up COE to provide training to internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure project delivery
• Enforce Project Governance, Methodologies and Framework (including defining business case, quality measurement plan and benefit realization plan)
• Facilitate end-to-end project implementation and perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines
• Team leading experience is a must
• In-house Business Analyst experience with exposure to project management
• Experience in insurance sector is highly preferred, but candidates with rich BA experience in other financial services sectors are also welcome
• Excellent Chinese/English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitasking and work under tight deadline
• Professional certifications in Business Analyst and/or Project management is an advantage
