Job Responsibilities 職責:

• In charge of the technical direction research and overall planning of the company's products, participate in the overall structure and core function development, evaluate product risk and manage and maintain the company's core product architecture system.
• Understand the business needs of the product, formulate product optimization and adjustment plans, and supervise the progress of research and development.
• Solve all kinds of potential system technical risks from the system architecture level to ensure the system's security, stability and fast operation.
• Lead and manage the technical team and support of the overall development roadmap
• Continuous improving team performance and efficiency
• To plan and control all R & D activities so as to lead to new or improved products, product testing and development
• To conduct road map presentations to customers
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Build and supervise quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor team performance and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Ensure company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations

Job Requirements 入職要求：

• Degree or above, major in computer/software development;
• 10+ years and above relevant experience, familiar with the system architecture commonly used in the Internet industry;
• At least 7 years’ experience with retail or retail-related technology and processes
• Strong understanding of Retail Store Systems (e.g., POS, Retail Accounting/Sales Audit, Labor Management, Inventory, Merchandising, Promotions, Mobile) design, implementation, and/or support experience
• Business acumen to the technology market, be able to grasp the industry technology development trend and business development trends, and be able to implement technology from the perspective of customers and business;
• Good communication skills with high sense of responsibility and mission, can recognize and promote the technical work atmosphere;
• Work well under pressure
