We are partnering with a Chinese investment bank. They are looking for a project admin to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provides project administrative support:

• follow up, chase and consolidate feedback among user and ITD application teams on various aspects
• maintain project documentation library
• schedule and coordinate project meetings and take meeting notes, if necessary
• assist in preparing project presentation materials
• handle project administrative duties

Help user to apply for system IDs

SIT/UAT test cases follow-up:

• collect test cases from users
• monitor test cases completeness in Daptiv

UAT defect management

• Maintain and monitor defects status in defect management systems

Job Specifications

• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills, proficient in using MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
