Title: Project Executive (190602)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Wanchai

Duty time: 09:00 - 18:30 (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage a project through successful completion on time, within defined scope and on budget while exceeding or meeting stakeholder expectations
• Works independently to verify project scope and determine methods of managing and controlling
• Plan, estimate, schedule and trend the project
• Estimate, budget and control project cost
• Identify and manage project risk

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree holder or higher in IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 2-3 years project management working experience in telecommunications industry
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines and organizations to accomplish the project goals
• Ability to negotiate timelines, scope and cost for the benefit of the company and the project team
• Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English
• Proven project management experience; excellent customer service and communication skills, with IP Phone, network service and datacenter project experience is an advantage
• Preferred Qualifications: PMP; Prince 2; ITIL; CCNA is an advantage
