Our clients, a renowned telecommunication company, is now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be part their team. Applicants would be provided with on-the-job training and be provided with great exposure on technical support. Fresh graduate would also be considered.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site support for our clients on PC and Server
• To provide hardware and software maintenance support and perform system health check
• To set up, install and re-locate PC and network equipment
• To provide assistance in response to IT incidents

Skills & Requirements:

• Higher diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Min. 1 years working experience in IT related field
• Experience in MS Windows 7, 10, Server 2012R2 setup and configuration
• Experience in network configuration
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
