Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Perform computer equipment relocation tasks
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support and help desk services
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology

Requirements

• Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP
• Knowledge and experience in supporting Windows Server & Client platform
• Knowledge in email support (Outlook/MS Exchange) is a high advantage
• Min. 1 year working experience in IT related field
