Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new user’s accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Test and evaluate new technology

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 years or above experience in IT Technical Support operation
• Familiar with MCSE/MCP/CCNA or CCNP
• Hands-on experience in Windows XP, 2000 Server, Server 2003, Server 2012, Windows 7/8/10, MS Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, Firewall, LAN/Wi-Fi, MS AD, SQL Server 2000 / 2012 and O365
• Practical Knowledge on Photoshop/Illustrator
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel)
• Stable and reliable required
• Well-organized, Independent, Self-motivated and Hard-working
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and a good team player
• Ability to respond to requests or urgent matters after hours on a limited basis
• Travel to China and Macau may sometimes required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
