JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilitie

• Content Creation, Management & Distribution: Own our marketing calendar. Track and manage the development of sales and marketing content. Maintain and update multiple (Sharepoint) directories and inventory of product (hardware and software) information (spec sheet, pricelist, range introduction) and visual assets for internal and external use.
• Project Management & Creative Briefing: Draft and deliver creative briefs to both internal creatives and external partners after understanding customers’ and sales’ needs. Know marketing content requirements and best practices for different channels (packaging, P.O.S., B2B and B2C, and web) and have a keen eye for detail to ensure everything is 100% accurate.
• Research, Reporting & Analytics: Research competitive brands and products to ensure we are hitting the right USPs and price points for our target audience. Comfortable presenting data and reporting to other teams.

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years experience managing major brand(s) on either client or agency side

Preferred qualifications

• Project management skills with an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given towards self-starters who are willing to wear multiple hats, have a strong sense of responsibility and can adapt quickly to changes on a short notice.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (both in writing and orally).
• Hands on experience for a fast growing brand sold in North America and Europe.
• Eye and appreciation for thoughtful design
• Working knowledge of some Adobe Creative Suite and Google tools (GA, GTM)
• Immediate availability is a bonus
