Responsibilities

-    Provide End-users support for software applications and computer hardware

-    Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers and network enquipments

-    Manage and configure the network equipments such as Switch and Firewall

-    Liaise with contractors / vendors on technical matters

-    Maintain and perform system documentations

-    Maintain the inventory record on Hardware and Software

Requirements                                              

-    Higher Diploma or above in Computer Study or related related disciplines

-    3 years of relevant experience among which should have 1 year solid experience in IT support

-    Knowledge of IT security, computer system and network

-    Experience in Windows Server, WinXP, Window Vista, Linux, MS office applications, SQL, PHP and HTML

-    Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude

-    Able to work independently

-    Immediately available preferred
