Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for providing IT support to both PC and Mac users
• Perform troubleshooting and helpdesk function on email/application systems
• Responsible for Daily IT operations, such as installation / removal / upgrade of hardware, software and networks
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
• To perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentations

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Experience in retail industry is preferred
• Experience with Shopify and basic web programming would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
