Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting both Windows and Mac OS and MS Office & email Environments;
• Support Laptops/Desktops, Mobile devices and Printer;

• Support Copier and Audio & Video Conference Equipment;

• Install new software and handle implementation of new machines and devise;

• Monitor the LAN/WAN traffic, IT equipment level , analyze usage and requirements;

• Perform network administration and support LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure;

• Resolve daily technical problems and provide technical support to all users;

• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent, with IT certification such as MCSE…etc.;
• At least 1 year working experience in IT support and administration;
• Strong technical knowledge in Windows & Mas OS and Office Applications;
• Strong in Mobile technology - IOS/Android, Mobile Device Management, etc.;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• With a strong sense of responsibility, good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills; 
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
