Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support during normal office hours (09:00-18:00) for 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
  • Provide support to system upgrades, installing PCs, relocation and office tools
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems
  • Account creation and termination
  • Update of IT inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in all or some of the following areas: Linux, VMware, Microsoft Windows server, Exchange server, Windows 7,10, MS office, Symantec endpoint.
  • Certification in MCITP or MCSE will be an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Language: 80% Cantonese, 10% English, 10% Mandarin
